Here at Bates Environmental, we are happy to announce the recent acquisition of three new contracts for LHP (Lincolnshire Housing Partnership).
Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP) meets housing needs, provides new homes and delivers services throughout Lincolnshire. They manage nearly 12,500 affordable rentals and shared ownership homes and offer a range of other services to support people and communities across the historic East coast of Lincolnshire. LHP has pledged to provide at least 60 extra new homes in Lincolnshire each year, enabling it to house an additional 4,000 people over the next 30 years!
A great thing that LHP focuses on is its contribution to a more sustainable future. This saw the recent issuing of their ESG Strategy, which aims to create positive environmental and social impacts, with outcomes that benefit their customers, communities, employees and other stakeholders. We are proud to be working with LHP by providing our drainage services, as well as, working together to build a more sustainable future.
The contracts that we have signed mean we will be covering their drainage needs from the Humber Bridge down to Bicker. Two of the contracts are for jetting and blocked drains, which we specialise in.
The areas we will be working in are the Boston area and the Grimsby area. The other contracts are for the emptying, servicing, repair and maintenance of sewage treatment plants, as well as the emptying of their septic tanks.
This means we will be maintaining 65(+) sites that they have entrusted with us to provide drain treatment. The contract will also include CCTV surveys and any repairs that are needed.
